Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC (“Pacific Avenue”), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on corporate divestitures, carve-outs and other complex situations in the middle market, announced that Drew Nicoletti joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development. In this newly created role, Drew will further Pacific Avenue’s business development efforts focusing on building direct relationships with corporate sellers. Additionally, Drew is responsible for managing certain key intermediary relationships and qualifying investment opportunities.

Drew has more than 10 years of experience sourcing acquisition opportunities across various industries including Paper/Packaging, Automotive, Capital Goods, and Consumer Staples. Prior to joining Pacific Avenue, Drew held business development positions with Comvest Partners and OpenGate Capital. Drew received his Bachelor’s in Communication from Loyola Marymount University.
