Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC (“Pacific Avenue”), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on complex situations in the middle market, announced that Paul Mazurek – Vice President, Cole Tudor – Associate, and Dean Golick – Associate have joined the firm.
Paul joins the firm as a Vice President. In his role at Pacific Avenue, Paul will focus his efforts on transaction sourcing, execution, due diligence, and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Pacific Avenue, Paul served as a Vice President at Stellex Capital Management, and as a Senior Associate at Insight Equity, where he focused on M&A transactions in the food manufacturing and industrial sectors. Paul started his career in the Industrials group at J.P. Morgan. Paul graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor, and is a frequent guest lecturer on topics related to Private Equity.
Cole joins Pacific Avenue as an Associate. In his role at Pacific Avenue, Cole will focus his efforts on transaction sourcing, execution, due diligence, and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Pacific Avenue, Cole served as a Senior Analyst at Namakor Holdings & Sunsar Capital Management and an analyst on the investment team at Innovative Industrial Properties. Cole graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Dean joins Pacific Avenue as an Associate. In his role at Pacific Avenue, Dean will focus his efforts on transaction sourcing, execution, due diligence, and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Pacific Avenue, Dean was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services Group at Kroll. Prior to Kroll, Dean was a Wealth Strategy Associate in the Private Wealth Management Division at UBS. Dean graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
